THE VIDEOS ARE UP!
Here they are as promised! This morning I took the first videos of a series I've been planning. These focus on my morning routines including my supplement regimen. Be open minded and pay attention to the ingredients and supplements.
First my blood sugar was up to 150 today and I know why. I've been snacking too much at night with peanuts and I had some sweet cherries yesterday which have a higher sugar content. Also I had a cheeseburger with a bun from a local restaurant. Naughty I know but I just didn't feel like grilling in the 100 plus weather yesterday. I now realize I should have. There's nothing wrong with cherries unless you're diabetic. Tart cherries are the only ones I should be consuming. Ok onto the videos.
The first one is about my supplement routine. The second one is my breakfast routine AFTER I take my supplements. Enjoy.
