Johnny's Health Blog 7-8-15

Good morning everyone!  I've cut back on my postings because my business has been well busy.  I decided to update when I can and not beat myself up over it.  Life gets busy and finding a balance between work and down time is critical for health as well.  

My blood sugars are holding between the 120's and the 140's over the past week.  It varies depending on what I eat, the frequency of supplements I take and the amount taken and lack of exercise due to my spinal steno sis.  No I'm not making excuses as I still get some exercise in but the pain levels aren't allowing me to do other things like interval training.  So for now my weight loss has stagnated and I'm looking forward to the day I can get back into interval training.  Now for today's health tip!

As you can see this spice/herb has many benefits and is included in my daily multi vitamin I take in the mornings!  Combined with my other supplements I can attest to the fact my blood pressure is lower and I have more energy throughout the day.  It also helps prevent what I call "brain fog" meaning I can focus better on the task at hand instead of being distracted.
